The Charlotte-Metrolina Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is proud to announce our annual $2,000 JROTC college scholarship awards for the Spring of 2026. These scholarships are awarded to select outstanding JROTC cadets enrolled in one of the JROTC units supported by our chapter in the greater Charlotte-Metrolina area.
